“We are new comers to the area and called Premier Property Maintenance for insect control for ticks and spiders. They did an excellent job at a fair price and it took care of both pests. We were having a awful time with spiders and one treatment took care of our problem for the summer. We will use them again next summer.
We were so satisfied we had them do two treatments of lawn food and weed control.
Then we decided to have some problem trees removed. Cotton wood trees were making a mess in the yard, and we had a huge elm just inside the woods that just suddenly died this summer. We wanted it removed before it blew down in the yard. We had other cotton wood trees just outside the yard in the woods that had storm damage as well and wanted them gone.
We called Premier again and they removed 8 trees in all. Most were quite large. The cut all the trees, removed all the wood, the cleanup was excellent. They bought a crew of 4, had a boom truck, wood chipper, bobcat for log removed, two flat bed trailers for the removed logs and another for the bobcat. They arrived at 8:30 AM and had the job done by 3:00 PM.
I’m not going to disclose the cost, but I will say this. We a total of 5 tree removal companies in the area. We called several, but only 5 returned our call. Two never got back with us with a quote. 3 gave us a price. Two of the companies didn’t know when they could do the job. Premier had the best price by far and were able to do the job the week after we accepted their quote.
Two neighbors stopped by to ask about them while they were doing our job. I gave them a good recommendation and Premier stopped to see them when they finished our job. I’m pretty sure they hired them as well.
I highly recommend them. They are professional, hard working, had good, well maintained equipment. The crew was friendly, but didn’t waste time chatting when they were working.
We will definitely use them again.”
